Yeah, it was set that way because that's where Perl was installed on pub3.
There's no really good choice for it. The makefile knows where Perl is,
so it could just run Perl on it; I'll make that change.

Not sure. It doesn't do that for me. What does cvs status pgpverify.8
say? Do you perhaps have a sticky tag or revision on that file?
