IPv6 support now in INN

As of 20020223, IPv6 support is in the latest CURRENT snapshots of INN.

The default is --disable-ipv6, but even so some fairly significant changes
have been made and so there may be some problems, especially on odd
architectures. Please report anything unusual to inn-bugs at isc.org (or
inn-workers at isc.org for things that need discussion).

When built with --enable-ipv6, there is IPv6 support in innd, innfeed,
nnrpd, and some of the authprogs. (Not innxmit, though.) If you plan on
using --enable-ipv6, you want to read the doc/IPv6-info file in the
distribution to learn about what functionality is missing.

Many thanks go to Marco d'Itri and Nathan Lutchansky for this.
