IPv6 support now in INN

Just wanted to report-in that I have this running successfully on a linux
2.4.17, glibc-2.2.5-based system.  Very nice indeed!

Six hours and counting.  If this holds, I'll upgrade our main server
tonight and see how things fair with larger IPv4 peers as well.
