transfering locally posted articles

Ok...two things:

- what does the entry in newsfeeds for your outgoing feed look like?

- find a line in ~news/log/news corresponding to an article you
  posted (they should be marked not-for-mail) and check if the
  name of the above entry appears at the end of the line
