inntreport not reporting some incomming peers?

Hello,

	I am using 2.3.1.  innreport has started to miss the stats from 
one of my peers - not sure why.  It will report my at&t feed fine, but 
misses all incomming articles from cidera.

	It lists the stats for the cidera peer sending bad articles, but 
not for the actual graph under "Incoming Feeds (INN):".

	The HTML report is at
