Error message from innfeed

It means that the numbers in the index file that assigns numbers to
tradspool groups got corrupted somehow.  That file is tradspool.map in
your spool directory.

I'm not sure quite how that happened; it's one of those "this shouldn't
happen" cases in the code.  Somehow, tradspool got confused about what the
current maximum newsgroup number is.  You may be able to fix it by
shutting down all of INN and editing that file, fixing the duplicate.
