I've also seen this on a 2.4.19 kernel. I think the problem
can be caused INN trying to mmap corrupt buffers. I don't know
what is causing this exactly. But it looks like an problem
in the mmap implementation.

Try enabling cnfscheckfudgesize in inn.conf.
