Expire completed without a hitch last night. I'm running tdx-util -A on
the new server right now to make sure there are no lurking problems.

In terms of performance, the new overview is slightly slower, but not too
bad:

Code region Time Pct Invoked Min(ms) Avg(ms) Max(ms)
overview write 01:46:16.920 7.4% 237849 17.734 26.811 41.979
overview write 01:37:51.460 6.8% 244059 15.044 24.058 55.547

(the first is the new, the second is the old). That's almost certainly
from the additional msync calls to make sure that we don't lose data in a
crash.
