nnrpd -D and IPv6 (was Re: Joint is better than Panzerfaust)

We run nnrpd -D and (at least on Solaris 8) if you build w/ IPv6
nnrpd ends up completely broken.

I never had time to chase it down, so I've no idea if this patch would
actually fix the issue I saw, but I'd be willing to give it another
go.
