articles in deleted groups not expired

Then, articles will never be removed.  It's necessary to remove
manually.  For deleted newsgroups, articles in such groups are
deleted by OVexpiregroup(NULL, NULL, history).  tradindexed
does nothing for the case, so articles are remained.
