Red Hat comes with Cleanfeed already installed, and your messages are
being rejected by one of the Cleanfeed tests (this one being over 20
messages with the same From and Subject headers and message length in a
short period of time).
If you have a server that's only used for local purposes and doesn't
handle normal Usenet newsgroups, you probably just want to uninstall
Cleanfeed entirely. Otherwise, you'll want to add exceptions for your
local newsgroups to Cleanfeed's configuration.
