Articles and overview out of sync

Did you remove the directory "overview" itself? makehistory won't create
that directory if it doesn't exist, so that could be the cause of the
above problem.

You do want to run makehistory as above, and then as soon as you restart
INN, issue `ctlinnd renumber ""` to fix the active file. I think that
will solve your strange problem with article counts.
