Perhaps one exists somewhere, but none is widely used.
However, INN has a very powerful filtering infrastructure (see the files
"doc/hook-perl" and "doc/hook-python"), so you should be hook your usual
virus scanner up that way without too much trouble.
If you need virus scanning, I would recommend using the filtering option.

If you delete articles, it will be just as if you expired them normally.
But you would have to use tradspool or timecaf for that purpose, and of
course there will be a delay between when the article arrives and when it
gets scanned, so this is probably not a reliable option.
