innfeed - Cannot allocate memory (3GB!)

Hi All,

I noticed that more and more often one of my feeder-servers has following
in the log files:

May 20 03:21:43 marvin innfeed[77808]: failed to malloc 3174732050 bytes at cnfs/cnfs.c line 1353: Cannot allocate memory
May 20 03:25:14 marvin innfeed[42178]: failed to malloc 1028275520 bytes at cnfs/cnfs.c line 1353: Cannot allocate memory
May 20 03:44:57 marvin innfeed[42335]: failed to malloc 2782246257 bytes at cnfs/cnfs.c line 1353: Cannot allocate memory

What is the cause of this and what could be the cure? The numbers looks huge,
so I wonder if it's normal for innfeed to malloc() 3GB in memory?

I'm running INN 2.4.1 on FreeBSD 5.2.1 and I'm not using mmap.
