CNFS-sm: CNFSinitdisks ... invalid argument.

Greetings,

I've searched for a solution to this for over an hour. I have two
partitions to use as raw CNFS devices. System is Debian Woody with 2.6.9
kernel running inn 2.3.2.

cycbuff.conf:

cycbuff:BIN1:/var/spool/news/cycbuffs/c0d0p10:87859200
cycbuff:LP1:/var/spool/news/cycbuffs/c0d0p11:9728000
metacycbuff:BINARIES:BIN1
metacycbuff:LARGEPOSTS:LP1

The sizes are a few MB smaller than the actual size of the partition. At
first, I had the size in bytes, which of course caused errors. I changed
the size and now when I try to start inn I get:

Nov 12 16:19:27 news innfeed[1914]: CNFS-sm: CNFSinitdisks: mmap
for /var/spool/news/cycbuffs/c0d0p10 offset 0 len -49152 failed: Invalid
argument
Nov 12 16:19:27 news innfeed[1914]: SM storage method 'cnfs' failed
initialization
Nov 12 16:19:27 news innfeed[1914]: SM one or more storage methods
failed initialization
Nov 12 16:19:27 news innfeed[1914]: Storage manager initialization

Nov 12 16:19:27 news innd: CNFS-sm: CNFSinitdisks: mmap

Nov 12 16:19:27 news innd: SM one or more storage methods failed
initialization
Nov 12 16:19:27 news innd: SERVER cant initialize the storage subsystem
one or more storage methods failed initialization

Is there something I have to do to reset the partition?

Thanks.
