Outgoing Feed problem

Your problem is a simple misunderstanding.

You have configured (in "newsfeeds") outgoing feeds via innfeed.   
Therefore you need to configure further using "innfeed.conf".

The "nntpsend.ctl" is only used if your "newsfeeds" uses nntpsend.

Most people prefer innfeed to nntpsend.
