INN and Spam Filtering

I could see benefit to a utility that would walk the spool on a box post-hoc,
checking for viruses and/or spam. I don't necessarily want to do extensive
checks during the article acceptance process, but I could see the utility to
a script that would run ClamAV or a SpamAssassin-like product against
articles in the spool during slow times (haha, such as those may be).

Beyond tagging or removing hits, the other thing that would be super would be
some indicatio of the inbound path associated with the hits, or the
groups involved. (E.G., I'd like it to fix issues it notes, but I'd also
be interested in intel about where the problems are arising so that I can
potentially visit with peers or adjust my group coverage).

Regards,

Joe
