Some general status, move to Subversion

Okay, maybe I was premature on saying that it had been fixed, as Peter
hadn't told me anything; I just checked and it was pinging, so I jumped to
conclusions. :) It may still be having trouble.
The rest of my message still applies, although as mentioned this means
that I may just go ahead and do the Subversion conversion somewhere
locally before starting to do the catch-up. We can always move the
repository at some point down the road.
I won't be doing anything until next week, however.
