ovdb issue

[The Doctor]

Here is a rich one.

I do a shutdown on INN and on restart, it is taking about 20 minutes
for ovdb_init to reinitialize.

I also see expire taking forever in a day to work.

About a month about, I move from a Tyan S2727GN to a S2735-8M
total rebuild.

What I could have done wrong to trigger this condition?
