INN Problem by recieve articles

Rejected means INN recieved the article, looked it over, and found a 
reason to discard it.  You can learn the reason by looking in the 
$pathlog/news file (which has one line per article, so you may have to 
look around a little).

For example, here's an article we accepted (notice the "+").  It shows the 
list of all the feeds we passed it along to.

reason for the rejection.

Refused means that INN was offered the same article more than once.  
Since it had already seen the article (and may have either accepted or 
rejected it), it told the source not to even bother sending it along.  
There is no entry in $pathlog/news for these articles, since the reason 
is always the same (essentially:  "We looked at this article already").
