INN Problem by recieve articles

Hi.

I have looked at me system log file messages annd seen this:

Refused 2 rejected 24 articles.

Why make it to do this ?
I a using a other program there should work fine with INN by gate articles
from and to INN but it haven't yet put articles to INN newsgroup only the
other way by get the articles from INN and to another system.
