HDR and OVER

Well, they are not exactly the same...
So I believe we will have the four commands XHDR, XOVER, HDR and OVER.
Unless XOVER and XHDR are changed to do the same as OVER and HDR (?)

But how can XHDR and XOVER be advertised since they are not official CAPABILITIES?
