Cleanfeed with INN

Hi,

Following recent discussions on news.software.nntp and especially
Steve's work:

I wonder whether Cleanfeed could not be integrated and somehow
shipped with INN (in the respect for its Artistic License).


I also see in TODO:

Does someone know where to find Andrew's work?
Is it better than integrating Cleanfeed?
