File samples/inn.conf.in contains this:

	pathhttp:	@LOGDIR@

The default value for LOGDIR is /var/log/news, which I consider a
bad choice to put template files in.

Anyway, support/fixconfig.in substitutes @LOGDIR@ but not pathhttp.
