innbind fatal error

I believe there is a bug somewhere in innfeed or innbind because
the port 11119 sounds unusual and the only change I did last month
to my configuration was adding a feed to a local INN 2.4.4 running
on the port 1190.
Maybe a variable is overwritten... but I do not know where it can
happen, having looked a little to innbind.c, connection.c and host.c...
Anyway, there were some of these calls to the destination port 11119 yesterday
(even though innbind did not complain):

I have lots of such lines. And also today.
innfeed has no reason to open a socket to the port 11119...
I also see a try to use the port 113 (but it tried only *once*)
and it was at the same moment:
