Some Innd and ctlinnd troubles

Hey.

If innd and ctlinnd trying to import *.rfc files and the syslog file says
accepted 5 regufuses 8
Can this then makes that there is some org the messages in the rfc file make
it to that the rfc not is fine imported and not does more ??
And or is just not deleted after import and is renamed to bad files ?

Another thing is that I have to run ' /etc/init.d/innd restart ' why my innd
is gone down right after som flush.
