Now fixed.  Caused by my removing the "-e" flag yesterday from makehistory.
Therefore, it generated :bytes and :lines, which was not expected by
the test suite.

I ran the test suite when I added :bytes and :lines last week (it appears
that it was useless testing that because they were not generated) but not
after removing "-e", sorry!
