scanlogs: remove special handling of expire.log

If it is mainly what you wish (naming ".20091115" instead of ".0"),
an option could be easily added to news.daily/scanlogs to do that :)
We could then use "find -mtime" to remove old files.
BTW, if you have logcycles: set to 10 in inn.conf and then to 5,
oldest files are not removed... Which could be done if we used
"find -mtime" instead of explicit "rm" on file names. So maybe
it is worth switching to use "find -mtime" anyway!
