Segmentation fault for 5.1.0 on Debian

I forgot that I reinstalled my scratch VM since I last worked on
irrtoolset. It does indeed seem to be an OS/library version thing etc.
Booted my old VM (Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS) and master works fine. New VM is
running Ubuntu 17.04 and segfaults.
