[Kea-users] Build warnings under Debian Stretch

I am working with the debian maintainer, and the git repo is basically up
to date, minus the latest patches I sent him today:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/isc-kea.git/
It seems to build fine, and seems to work.
