and what about this error:kea-lab kea-ctrl-agent[22794]: (truncating HTTP message larger than 1024 characters)

This message indicates that you probably have not loaded the
libdhcp_subnet_cmds.so hook in the kea-dhcp4 daemon configuration.
This needs to be loaded for that API command to exist.  See here:
