[Kea-users] ISC subscription .... worth it?

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else here paid for a subscription? I've submitted
a quote request through their web form ~2 weeks ago but haven't heard back.
As I was getting delayed, I decided to purchase the Premium bundle (that
didn't come with support) but that turned out to be a mistake as that
didn't give me access to the hooks I wanted. Gave them a call multiple
times but kept getting the auto attendant and trying to leave a message
fails because their voice mailbox is full. Sent an inquiry to their sales
email but no response as well.
If they can't answer a sales inquiry, it makes me wonder about their
response to support (which I would need to pay for apparently to get the
hooks I need).
I figured people here would be most likely to be the ones with
subscriptions. Is it worth it?
