[Kea-users] Is max-rejected-lease-updates a commutative or rate limit?

  To my understanding: Neither.  The counter resets with the first accepted lease update.  After X rejected updates, Kea enters the HA_TERMINATED stated.  If things start working again before then, all is forgiven.
