[Kea-users] if hostname is not fqdn then... ?

I think I for that some of those hooks might be necessary - 
I'm on an older version, 2.7.x - would that work at all?
Or if without hooks, perhaps some class - would be easier? - 
basically if clients' hostnames are short-form, no FQDN, 
then send/set them FQDN hostname (ideally with /concat 
/client-sent-hostname + "some.domain")
Preferably a "catch-all" (or per subnet) method without need 
for "reservations" & the likes of.
