Hi Brian,

You may be interested in https://dhcp.isc.org/ which is an "online" KeaMA.
It may contain later code than you have.  It still will most likely not be
able to convert your entire configuration.  There is no substitute for
reading the documentation here:
https://kea.readthedocs.io/en/kea-3.0.3/arm/intro.html and asking specific
questions of users on this list when you are stumped.
