ISC Unplanned Outage: Card Crash

ISC's router at Palo Alto, California had a card crash this evening.
For some reason it did not automatically restart. ISC engineers were
able to log in and restart the card, which is now working normally.
The result was a 10-15 minute outage for our SFO2 and SQL1 sites.
We are following up with our vendor to see how we can prevent this in
the future. We apologize for any inconvenience.
