error support

hi

i'm trying to implement OpenReg 1.0.2 for the bosnia and hercegowinas
domain registrar www.nic.ba

i installed all required packages properly listed in file
"REQUIRED-SOFTWARE" and followed all install instructions in file
"INSTALL".

but now when i try to start sbin/log-monitor

i get this error:

at sbin/log-monitor line 31.

when i set this enviroment variable:

export PERL5LIB="/usr/local/openreg/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7"

i get this error:

ERROR: CONNECT-FAILED: Transport endpoint is not connected at
sbin/log-monitor line 82.

all is installed on:

SunOS sunce4 5.9 Generic_117171-07 sun4u sparc SUNW,UltraAX-i2
