isc-config.sh command not found

hi,
i have downlaoded openreg-1.0.2, and run ./configure with any option, my
bind version is
9.2.4, and Linux debian 2.6.8-2-386 i686 GNU/Linux
but when I run ./configure it prompts me an error like:
checking for a BSD compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking for perl5... no
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for rndc... no
./configure: line 1: isc-config.sh: command not found
./configure: line 1: isc-config.sh: command not found
./configure: line 1: isc-config.sh: command not found
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating mk/rules
any suggestion on how to go about this error.
