Problems in openreg:
- How can I delegate a zone using EPP? In the setup this does using
SQL not EPP

Francisco Obispo from NIC Venezuela has been working with openreg by
more than 2 years trying to put it on production and he tell that
this version is broken. Now they have it in production environment
but with a lot of work.

I going to evaluate this software and by documentation could be easy
to run.
