IPv6 tunnel bug

Dear Francis:

I'd cc'd eric because so far as I know you two are countrymen and
should do lunch sometime!

I'll gladly take point on the ipv6 tunneling problem and interface
with netdev according to their processes, but
am travelling heavily right now and won't be in isc's offices until
after march 5th, and would need to setup a test system to evaluate a
more complete solution to this problem.
