special miniupnpd variant for SD-CPE

I need a name for the special miniupnpd variant (i.e., a clone
of our miniupnpd with PCP support) for a SD-CPE. As soon as we
have a short good name, I'll create a ticket explaining what
to put in it, for instance:
 - get the SD parameters
 - map/unmap the external port numbers
 - follows dynamic binding state through conntrack

PS: in parallel there is the question of the base but it is orthogonal
(currently it is miniupnpd-1.6.20110730).
