AFTR/PCP: added icmp (alias echo) protocol support for A+P/PRR entries
 (so one can fake a SD-AFTR using prr too, not only nat)

tcpdump/wireshark:
 - update wireshark base
 - added 6ADDR support en passant to tcpdump and wireshark

DHCPv4 over IPv6:
 - reworked the interface discovery so all IPv6 interfaces are discovered
  for the TRA too
 - wrote et tested the TSV (DHCPv4 IPv6-Transport SerVer)
 - add a mixed mode where the server is both a standard DHCPv4 server
  and a TSV, i.e., it accepts DHCPv4 queries over IPv4 and IPv6.

CPE:
 - asked for a name for the minupnpd + SD support daemon
 - looked for how to reduce the footprint of DHCP tools
  (began: libtool seems the easiest)

TODO:
 - no regression tests on the DHCP code
 - SD-AFTR testing
 - add better 6ADDR support to tcpdump
 - finish libtool experiment
 - as soon as I have a good name, initiate the miniupnpd + SD code
