AFTR: began some tests of the changes for SD-AFTR (looked right),
 updated transmission, miniupnpc and miniupnpd code bases
 (transmission and miniupnpd put under review)
PCP: waiting for the next round of code to review
DHCP: finished DHCPv4 over IPv6 (CRA, TRA, TSV and TSV+normal DHCPv4
 server), looked at libtool builds, merged with the gcc 4.6.x
 compilation error fixes
Multicast: got the mB4 public code, nothing else
CPE: create sdctld stuff (rt28354), add support for 3 algos (i.e.,
 how external ports are mapped by the SD-CGN): none, direct (no
 translation but constraint to a range), private 3-10 (more realistic
 with range and some bit shifting), began tests (looked right).
 Looked at the conntrack existing code (but not the doc as it seems
 to not exist?)

TODO:
 - more tests, more docs
 - saved configs in the conf/testbeds/vm directory
 - OpenWRT packaging (Dave?)
 - ICMP stuff (check generation by the SD-AFTR, the CPE part by Dave?)
 - conntrack stuff (today the recovery is simply a reboot)
 - multicast
