conflicting pcp support in wireshark trunk

I add:
 - we should find a candidate between us who will contact the wireshark
  team and signal the problem to them, so the team will keep the name
  PCP for the protocol named PCP by IANA. We can use the fact we have
  a dissector for PCP they can ask now or when the PCP base spec will
  be adapted by the IETF.

 - check the IANA understands the PCP base spec requires the IANA
  repository to get the name PCP in place of NAT-PMP (cf 18.1 of
  base 24 and IANA service-names-port-numbers). Paul?
