Which of the features will we have working ???

=> no (and I don't know what the "lease timer control" is)
(note the analysis shew the proposed mechanism is deeply broken)

=> yes but not ready today (the code is here and tested but the
setup for the demo could take time).

> Given where we are today, how may of these features do you think we will be
