Just install the bind9 package on io (SD-AFTR). Works as well,
lsof shows it listens UDP and TCP on expected addresse...
BTW it should be fine to make NetworkManager on ida not junk
/etc/resolv.conf...
The next step should be to try the DHCPv4-over-IPv6 but I'll
work on it tomorrow.

PS: any news about the ICMP broken stuff? My proposal is to give up
on it but it is not what we are supposed to do. On my side the only
tested thing we can show is the SD-AFTR generates ICMP admin prohib
for TCP or UDP packets outside the range (it is easy to show:
change by iptables the range to an invalid one and try, wireshark
should show the ICMP).
