As pointed out there is also a dependency on bind9.9.0, which
uses the same shared libraries. Making dhcp shared will conflict
with bind (which has a half dozen or more binaries linked to it's
shared version) and result in the same out-of-flash outcome..

unless the two sets of shared libs can be made one.
