[stork-users] Stork agent install

Hi,

yes as far as I could tell (reading the ARM) the agent needs to be on the
DHCP servers then the Stork Server can be on a separate machine. When I was
looking into it I found trying to install the agent from the link supplied
in the Stork UI never worked.

Looking at the file path the agent files didnt exist so install from the
stork server never worked for me, which sparked me looking into building
from source
