[stork-users] registration error 'cannot ping machine'

Hello!
1 ping works:
root at bind9B:[~]:# ping -c 3 10.1.3.3
PING 10.1.3.3 (10.1.3.3) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 10.1.3.3: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.234 ms
64 bytes from 10.1.3.3: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.275 ms
64 bytes from 10.1.3.3: icmp_seq=3 ttl=64 time=0.255 ms
2- I am not sure how to 'Run the server and agent, authorize the agent,
and verify if the server can fetch the agent's state.'
Also at the Stork screen, the new machine is listed, however 'Cannot
get state of machine' is at the right column.
