DNS implementations

Gary,
is this 'DNS resolve' load balancing in MVS/sysplex, 
or does it also include some scheme for multiple primaries - e.g. load balancing
and redundancy?  Do you have a url and maybe one of the good redbooks/url's on this implementation?
